SB306-AA12,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB306-AA12,1,2 21. Page 1, line 5: after "drug," insert "coverage of certain abortions,".

SB306-AA12,1,3 32. Page 9, line 23: after that line insert:

SB306-AA12,1,4 4" Section 10p. 632.8986 of the statutes is created to read:

SB306-AA12,1,8 5632.8986 Coverage of abortions. A qualified health plan, as defined in 42
6USC 18021 (a), that is offered through any American health benefit exchange, as
7described in 42 USC 18031, that is operating in the state shall provide coverage for
8an abortion the performance of which is under any of the following circumstances:

SB306-AA12,1,10 9(1) The abortion is directly and medically necessary to save the life of the
10woman.

SB306-AA12,1,12 11(2) The abortion is directly and medically necessary to prevent grave,
12long-lasting health damage to the woman.

SB306-AA12,2,1

1(3) The pregnancy is the result of a sexual assault or incest.".
