SB207-SA1,1,3 3" Section 5d. 111.335 (1) (cn) of the statutes is created to read:

SB207-SA1,1,94 111.335 (1) (cn) Paragraph (cm) does not preclude an individual from claiming
5that an employer has engaged in an act of employment discrimination in violation
6of s. 111.321 on the grounds that the employer has subjected the individual to
7disparate treatment, or that an employment policy of the employer has resulted in
8a disparate impact on the individual, because of the individual's age, race, creed,
9color, sex, national origin, or ancestry.".
