SB109-AA2,1,4 31. Page 1, line 9: after "felony." insert "In this subsection, "soft tissue" has the
4meaning given in s. 946.41 (2) (c).".

SB109-AA2,1,5 52. Page 1, line 10: before that line insert:

SB109-AA2,1,6 6" Section 1g. 946.41 (2) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

SB109-AA2,1,97 946.41 (2) (c) "Soft tissue" means a tissue that connects, supports, or surrounds
8other structures and organs of the body and includes tendons, ligaments, fascia, skin,
9fibrous tissues, fat, synovial membranes, muscles, nerves, and blood vessels.".
