AB94-AA9,1,2 21. Page 5, line 17: after that line insert:

AB94-AA9,1,3 3" Section 6m. 119.23 (7) (h) of the statutes is created to read:

AB94-AA9,1,84 119.23 (7) (h) 1. Each private school participating in the program under this
5section shall allow a pupil attending the private school under this section on the 3rd
6Friday of September or the 2nd Friday of January to complete the fall or spring
7session, as appropriate, unless the private school expels the pupil for violating the
8school's code of conduct.

AB94-AA9,1,129 2. A private school that violates subd. 1. may enroll under this section in the
10succeeding school year no more than the number of pupils enrolled in the private
11school under this section in the current school year minus the number of pupils who
12were not allowed to complete a session in violation of subd. 1.".
