AB92-AA7,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB92-AA7,1,3 21. Page 2, line 4: delete "the city" and substitute "the city or, subject to par.
3(bm), any private school located in".

AB92-AA7,1,4 42. Page 3, line 1: after that line insert:

AB92-AA7,1,5 5" Section 4m. 119.23 (2) (bm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB92-AA7,1,86 119.23 (2) (bm) A private school located in Milwaukee County may participate
7in the program under this section only if the private school is in operation on the
8effective date of this paragraph .... [LRB inserts date].".

AB92-AA7,1,9 93. Page 3, line 2: delete lines 2 to 13 and substitute:

AB92-AA7,1,10 10" Section 5m. 119.23 (7) (d) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB92-AA7,2,1111 119.23 (7) (d) 1. A copy of the school's current certificate of occupancy issued
12by the city, if the school building is located in the city, or, for a school building located
13in Milwaukee County, evidence satisfactory to the department that the school

1building is in compliance with all applicable state and local laws, rules, codes, and
2ordinances. If the private school moves to a new location in the city, the private school
3shall submit a copy of the new certificate of occupancy issued by the city to the
4department before the attendance of pupils at the new location and before the next
5succeeding date specified in s. 121.05 (1) (a). If the private school moves to a new
6location in Milwaukee County, the private school shall submit evidence satisfactory
7to the department that the school building in the new location is in compliance with
8all applicable state and local laws, rules, codes, and ordinances before the attendance
9of pupils at the new location and before the next succeeding date specified in s. 121.05
10(1) (a). A temporary certificate of occupancy does not meet the requirement of this
11subdivision.".

AB92-AA7,2,12 124. Page 4, line 1: delete "renumbering and".

AB92-AA7,2,13 135. Page 4, line 2: delete that line and substitute "first applies to private".
