AB92-AA6,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB92-AA6,1,3 21. Page 2, line 4: delete "the city" and substitute "the city or, subject to par.
3(bm), any private school located in".

AB92-AA6,1,4 42. Page 3, line 1: after that line insert:

AB92-AA6,1,5 5" Section 4m. 119.23 (2) (bm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB92-AA6,1,96 119.23 (2) (bm) 1. Except as provided in subd. 2., a private school located in
7Milwaukee County may participate in the program under this section only if the
8private school is in operation on the effective date of this subdivision .... [LRB inserts
9date].

AB92-AA6,2,210 2. A private school located in Milwaukee County that will be operated by the
11governing body of a private school that is participating in the program under this
12section on the effective date of this subdivision .... [LRB inserts date], may participate
13in the program under this section but only if all of the following continue to apply for

1the duration of the participation in the program under this section of the private
2school located in Milwaukee County:

AB92-AA6,2,33 a. The governing body of the private school operates a private school in the city.

AB92-AA6,2,64 b. The private school described in subd. 2. a. participates in the program under
5this section and enrolls the same number of pupils in the program under this section
6as the private school enrolled in the 2010-11 school year.".

AB92-AA6,2,7 73. Page 3, line 2: delete lines 2 to 13 and substitute:

AB92-AA6,2,8 8" Section 5m. 119.23 (7) (d) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB92-AA6,2,229 119.23 (7) (d) 1. A copy of the school's current certificate of occupancy issued
10by the city, if the school building is located in the city, or, for a school building located
11in Milwaukee County, evidence satisfactory to the department that the school
12building is in compliance with all applicable state and local laws, rules, codes, and
13ordinances. If the private school moves to a new location in the city, the private school
14shall submit a copy of the new certificate of occupancy issued by the city to the
15department before the attendance of pupils at the new location and before the next
16succeeding date specified in s. 121.05 (1) (a). If the private school moves to a new
17location in Milwaukee County, the private school shall submit evidence satisfactory
18to the department that the school building in the new location is in compliance with
19all applicable state and local laws, rules, codes, and ordinances before the attendance
20of pupils at the new location and before the next succeeding date specified in s. 121.05
21(1) (a). A temporary certificate of occupancy does not meet the requirement of this
22subdivision.".
