AB572-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB572-AA1,1,2 21. Page 4, line 14: delete lines 14 to 19 and substitute:

AB572-AA1,1,4 3" Section 5. 238.07 (1) of the statutes, as created by 2011 Wisconsin Act 7, is
4renumbered 238.07 (1) (intro.) and amended to read:

AB572-AA1,1,105 238.07 (1) (intro.) Annually, by January 1, the board shall submit to the chief
6clerk of each house of the legislature, for distribution to the legislature under s.
713.172 (2), a report identifying the economic development projects that the board
8intends to develop and implement during the current calendar year. business plan
9that includes a budget of expenditures for the following fiscal year. The board shall
10include in the budget of expenditures all of the following:

AB572-AA1,1,1212 238.07 (1) (a) The corporation's administrative expenditures.

AB572-AA1,1,1313 (b) The corporation's marketing expenditures.

1(c) Each economic development project that the corporation is operating and
2the number of jobs each economic development project is estimated to create.

AB572-AA1,2,53 (d) Any economic development project that the corporation intends to develop
4and implement during the following fiscal year and the number of jobs the economic
5development project is estimated to create.".
