AB5-AA2,1,5 21. Page 2, line 16: after "farm" insert ", except that a claimant may claim 20
3percent of the amount the claimant paid in the taxable year for such dairy farm
4modernization or expansion if the modernization or expansion is completed before
5December 31, 2012".
