AB40-ASA1-AA16,1,2 21. Page 1456, line 20: after that line insert:

AB40-ASA1-AA16,1,7 3"(13f) Medicare vouchers. Under section 165.25 (1m) of the statutes, the
4legislature authorizes the attorney general to file or join a lawsuit on behalf of the
5state or the people of this state challenging a voucher system for the federal Medicare
6program, if the federal government implements a voucher approach to the Medicare
7program.".
