1made is sufficient to meet any portion of the amount advanced. The department of
2administration may take whatever action is deemed necessary including the making
3of transfers from program revenue appropriations and corresponding appropriations
4from program receipts in segregated funds and including actions to enforce
5contractual obligations that will result in additional program revenue for the state,
6to ensure recovery of the amounts advanced.
