AB4-AA6,1,11 4(1) Commissioner review of coverage limits. The commissioner of insurance
5shall conduct a review of the minimum required coverage limits for motor vehicle
6insurance and shall submit a report to the appropriate standing committees of the
7legislature in the manner provided under section 13.172 (3) of the statutes. The
8report shall include the commissioner's findings as to the economic and social
9impacts of the minimum required limits and the commissioner's recommendations
10on the most appropriate and effective method for increasing or decreasing the
11minimum required limits over time.".
