AB4-AA10,2,2 4(1) Study and report on premium rates. The commissioner of insurance shall
5conduct a study on motor vehicle insurance coverage limits in this state and motor
6vehicle insurance premium rates in this state. Among other things, the study shall
7include an examination of how insurance coverage limits are affected by minimum
8limit requirements, the extent to which insurance premiums rise as limits are
9increased and fall as limits are decreased, the coverage limits that have the greatest
10effect on premium rates, the effect that requiring minimum limits has on premium
11rates, and how coverage limits and premium rates in this state compare with
12coverage limits and premium rates in other states. No later than July 1, 2012, the
13commissioner shall submit to the appropriate standing committees of the legislature
