AB215-AA2,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: delete "A" and substitute "1. Subject to subd. 2., a".

AB215-AA2,1,3 32. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

AB215-AA2,1,7 4"2. A private school, as defined in s. 115.001 (3r), whether accredited or
5unaccredited, that provides care and supervision for children under 3 years of age,
6if the private school has been in existence and in continuous operation for at least 30
7years immediately prior to January 1, 2011.".
