AB210-ASA1-AA6,1,8 3"(2) Gubernatorial approval of rules not required. Notwithstanding sections
4227.185 and 227.24 (1) (e) 1g. of the statutes, the commissioner of insurance is not
5required to submit any rules promulgated under section 625.03 (1m) (e) 2. or 3. or
6625.13 (3) of the statutes, as created by this act, or under chapter 636 of the statutes,
7as created by this act, including emergency rules under section 636.10 (2) of the
8statutes, as created by this act, to the governor for approval.".
