AB164-ASA1-AA2,1,3 21. Page 1, line 9: after "felony." insert "In this subsection, "soft tissue" has the
3meaning given in s. 946.41 (2) (c).".

AB164-ASA1-AA2,1,4 42. Page 1, line 10: before that line insert:

AB164-ASA1-AA2,1,5 5" Section 1g. 946.41 (2) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB164-ASA1-AA2,1,86 946.41 (2) (c) "Soft tissue" means a tissue that connects, supports, or surrounds
7other structures and organs of the body and includes tendons, ligaments, fascia, skin,
8fibrous tissues, fat, synovial membranes, muscles, nerves, and blood vessels.".
