AB148-SA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB148-SA3,1,2 21. Page 3, line 6: after that line insert:

AB148-SA3,1,3 3" Section 9121. Nonstatutory provisions; Health Services.

AB148-SA3,1,9 4(1) Prescription drug assistance for elderly continuation. The department
5of health services shall request from the federal secretary of health and human
6services any waiver of federal medicaid laws necessary to permit the department of
7health services to continue administering the program under section 49.688 of the
8statutes. The department shall implement any waiver received under this
9subsection.".
