AB13-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB13-AA2,1,2 21. Page 1, line 3: substitute "Rock County" for "the city of Beloit".

AB13-AA2,1,3 32. Page 2, line 7: delete lines 7 and 8 and substitute:

AB13-AA2,1,4 4"560.795 (1) (i) All of Rock County.".

AB13-AA2,1,5 53. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:

AB13-AA2,1,6 6" Section 3m. 560.795 (2) (d) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB13-AA2,1,117 560.795 (2) (d) 2. The department shall immediately notify the local governing
8body of the city in which the development opportunity zone is located , or the county
9board of Rock County for the development opportunity zone under sub. (1) (i), of a
10change in the expiration date of the development opportunity zone under this
11paragraph.".

8corporation's or person's project.".
