AB110-ASA1-AA12,1,2 21. Page 6, line 11: after that line insert:

AB110-ASA1-AA12,1,6 3"(3m) Maintenance of effort. Whenever a pupil receives a scholarship under
4this section, the department and the school board of the pupil's school district of
5residence shall count the scholarship amount toward federal maintenance-of-effort
6requirements.".
