SB6-SSA1-SA3,1,2 21. Page 22, line 10: after that line insert:
SB6-SSA1-SA3,1,4 3"(4) In developing and implementing programs under this section, the board
4shall have the following goals:
SB6-SSA1-SA3,1,75 (a) That not less than 50 percent of those programs are directed to, and not less
6than 50 percent of all grants, loans, or other incentives are awarded to, small
7businesses.
SB6-SSA1-SA3,1,108 (b) That not less than 5 percent of those programs are directed to, and not less
9than 5 percent of all grants, loans, or other incentives are awarded to, minority
10businesses certified by the department of commerce under s. 560.036.
