TO SENATE BILL 6

SB6-SA8,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB6-SA8,1,2 21. Page 19, line 12: after "of board." insert "(1)".

SB6-SA8,1,3 32. Page 19, line 17: after that line insert:

SB6-SA8,1,8 4"(2) No later than January 1, 2012, the board shall establish and implement
5economic development programs that are substantially similar to the economic
6development programs administered by the department of commerce. Once the
7board has established and implemented these programs, the board may not alter or
8eliminate the programs unless directed to do so by law.

SB6-SA8,2,2 9(3) No later than January 1, 2012, the board shall identify all economic
10development programs at the department of commerce that require a change in law
11for the board to establish and implement and shall submit a report to the chief clerks

1of the legislature, for distribution to the legislature under s. 13.172 (2), containing
2proposed legislation to allow the board to establish and implement the programs.".
