SB6-SA12,1,9 3"(3) Development of plan to return excess proceeds from economic
4development programs to the general fund. Before September 1, 2011, the board
5of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation shall develop a plan to pay
6excess proceeds from economic development and other programs developed and
7implemented by the board to the general fund and shall submit the plan to the
8cochairpersons of the joint committee on finance. Before January 1, 2012, the joint
9committee on finance shall introduce legislation to implement the plan.".
