SB1-AA13,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB1-AA13,1,2 21. Page 30, line 6: after that line insert:

SB1-AA13,2,2 4(1) Assistant district attorney position; Brown County. In the schedule
5under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of
6administration under section 20.475 (1) (d) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of
72011, the dollar amount is increased by $100,700 for fiscal year 2011-12 to increase
8the authorized FTE assistant district attorney position in Brown County by 1.0 GPR
9position to manage additional workload generated by sections 907.01 and 907.02 of
10the statutes, as affected by this act, including expert witness hearings held pursuant
11to section 907.02 of the statutes, as affected by this act. In the schedule under section
1220.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of administration
13under section 20.475 (1) (d) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2011, the dollar

1amount is increased by $108,000 for fiscal year 2012-13 to provide funding for the
2position authorized under this subsection.
SB1-AA13,2,14 3(2) Assistant district attorney position; Dane County. In the schedule under
4section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of
5administration under section 20.475 (1) (d) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of
62011, the dollar amount is increased by $100,700 for fiscal year 2011-12 to increase
7the authorized FTE assistant district attorney position in Dane County by 1.0 GPR
8position to manage additional workload generated by sections 907.01 and 907.02 of
9the statutes, as affected by this act, including expert witness hearings held pursuant
10to section 907.02 of the statutes, as affected by this act. In the schedule under section

20position for in order to manage additional workload generated by sections 907.01 and

22pursuant to section 907.02 of the statutes, as affected by this act. In the schedule
23under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of
24administration under section 20.475 (1) (d) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of

7to increase the total number of authorized FTE assistant district attorney positions
8in Burnett and Washburn counties by 1.0 GPR position to manage additional
9workload generated by sections 907.01 and 907.02 of the statutes, as affected by this
10act, including expert witness hearings held pursuant to section 907.02 of the
11statutes, as affected by this act. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the
12statutes for the appropriation to the department of administration under section
1320.475 (1) (d) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2011, the dollar amount is
14increased by $108,000 for fiscal year 2012-13 to provide funding for the position
15authorized under this subsection.

20to increase the total number of authorized FTE assistant district attorney positions

8to increase the total number of authorized FTE assistant district attorney positions
