AB2-ASA1-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB2-ASA1-AA2,1,3 21. Page 2, line 9: delete "The following" and substitute "Except as otherwise
3provided, the following".

AB2-ASA1-AA2,1,6 42. Page 2, line 13: delete "accounts." and substitute "accounts, except that
5these provisions do not apply to an individual or a married couple if any of the
6following applies:".

AB2-ASA1-AA2,1,7 73. Page 2, line 13: after that line insert:

AB2-ASA1-AA2,1,10 8"(a) For a single individual, head of household, or married person who files a
9separate income tax return, his or her adjusted gross income is more than 500
10percent of the federal poverty line.

1(b) For a married couple who file a joint income tax return, their adjusted gross
2income is more than 500 percent of the federal poverty line.".
