AB749-AA5,1,5 21. Page 11, line 19: after "$900,000." insert "In each fiscal year, the department
3of commerce shall allocate $450,000 in tax credits to businesses that, individually,
4have no more than $5,000,000 in gross receipts from doing business in this state for
5the taxable year in which the credit is claimed.".
