AB365-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB365-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 5: delete "available, a" and substitute "available,".

AB365-AA1,1,6 32. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 to 8 and substitute "and the hearing examiner
4determines that there is good cause for not requiring the victim to appear at the
5administrative hearing, a subpoena for the victim to appear at the administrative
6hearing may not be issued.".

AB365-AA1,1,7 73. Page 2, line 13: delete "available, a" and substitute "available,".

AB365-AA1,1,11 84. Page 2, line 14: delete lines 14 to 16 and substitute "and the hearing
9examiner determines that there is good cause for not requiring the victim to appear
10at the administrative hearing, a subpoena for the victim to appear at the
11administrative hearing may not be issued.".

AB365-AA1,2,3 125. Page 2, line 21: delete the material beginning with "a party" and ending
13with page 3, line 2, and substitute "and the hearing examiner determines that there
