SB436-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB436-SA2,1,3 21. Page 1, line 3: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 2, line 6, and substitute:
SB436-SA2,1,4 4" Section 1m. 101.141 of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:
SB436-SA2,1,9 5101.141 Record keeping of fires. (1) Each city, village, and town fire
6department shall file a report for each fire that involves a building and that occurs
7within the boundaries of the city, village, or town with the U.S. fire administration
8for placement in the fire incident reporting system maintained by the U.S. fire
9administration. The report shall be filed within 60 days after the fire occurs.
