AB581-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB581-AA3,1,2 21. Page 1, line 5: before "A person" insert "(1)".

AB581-AA3,1,5 32. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute "may not use those powers
4to seize or confiscate a firearm or ammunition from an individual who has lawful
5possession of the firearm or ammunition.".

AB581-AA3,1,6 63. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

AB581-AA3,1,8 7"(2) Nothing in sub. (1) affects a law enforcement officer's authority under ch.
8968.".
