AB334-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB334-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 1: delete "designating".
AB334-AA1,1,3 32. Page 1, line 2: before "feral pigs" insert "issuing licenses to hunt".
AB334-AA1,1,5 43. Page 1, line 2: delete "as harmful wild animals" and substitute "and
5providing a penalty".
AB334-AA1,1,6 64. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 7 and substitute:
AB334-AA1,1,7 7" Section 1m. 29.001 (36) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB334-AA1,1,98 29.001 (36) "Game animals" includes deer, moose, elk, bear, rabbits, squirrels,
9feral pigs, fox, and raccoon.
AB334-AA1, s. 2m 10Section 2m. 29.089 (3) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB334-AA1,2,211 29.089 (3) A person may hunt deer, elk, wild turkeys, feral pigs, or small game
12in a state park, or in a portion of a state park, if the department has authorized by
13rule the hunting of that type of game in the state park, or in the portion of the state

1park, and, except as provided in s. 29.063 (5), if the person holds the approvals
2required under this chapter for hunting that type of game.
AB334-AA1, s. 3m 3Section 3m. 29.161 of the statutes is amended to read:
AB334-AA1,2,8 429.161 Resident small game hunting license. A resident small game
5hunting license shall be issued subject to ss. 29.024 and 54.25 (2) (c) 1. d. by the
6department to any resident applying for this license. The resident small game
7hunting license does not authorize the hunting of bear, deer, elk, or wild turkey, or
8feral pigs

AB334-AA1, s. 4m 9Section 4m. 29.162 of the statutes is created to read:
AB334-AA1,2,12 1029.162 Feral pig hunting licenses. (1) (a) A resident feral pig hunting
11license shall be issued subject to ss. 29.024 and 54.25 (2) (c) 1. d. by the department
12to any resident applying for this license.
AB334-AA1,2,1413 (b) A nonresident feral pig hunting license shall be issued by the department
14to any nonresident applying for this license.
AB334-AA1,2,16 15(2) A feral pig hunting license authorizes the hunting of feral pigs with a
16firearm or with a bow and arrow.
AB334-AA1, s. 5m 17Section 5m. 29.194 (1) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB334-AA1,3,218 29.194 (1) (a) Notwithstanding ss. 29.024 (2) and 29.228 (1) (a), the department
19shall issue a resident fishing license, resident small game hunting license, resident
20feral pig hunting license,
or resident deer hunting license to a qualified student
21applying for the license. A qualified student is a person who exhibits proof that he
22or she is a registered full-time student who is present in this state attending a public
23or private college or university that is located in this state and that offers an associate
24degree or a bachelor's degree or that he or she is a citizen of a foreign country

1temporarily residing in this state while attending a high school located in this state
2or an agricultural short course at the University of Wisconsin System.
AB334-AA1, s. 6m 3Section 6m. 29.194 (4) of the statutes is created to read:
AB334-AA1,3,74 29.194 (4) Resident feral pig hunting license. A resident feral pig hunting
5license shall be issued by the department to any member of the U.S. armed forces
6applying for this license who exhibits proof that he or she is in active service with the
7armed forces and that he or she is a resident on furlough or leave.
AB334-AA1, s. 7m 8Section 7m. 29.204 of the statutes is amended to read:
AB334-AA1,3,14 929.204 Nonresident annual small game hunting license. A nonresident
10annual small game hunting license shall be issued subject to s. 29.024 by the
11department to any nonresident applying for this license. The nonresident annual
12small game hunting license authorizes the hunting of small game during the
13appropriate open season but does not authorize the hunting of deer, elk, bear, wild
14turkey, feral pigs, or fur-bearing animals.
AB334-AA1, s. 8m 15Section 8m. 29.207 of the statutes is amended to read:
AB334-AA1,3,21 1629.207 Nonresident 5-day small game hunting license. A nonresident
175-day small game hunting license shall be issued subject to s. 29.024 by the
18department to any nonresident applying for this license. The nonresident 5-day
19small game hunting license authorizes the hunting of small game for which there is
20an open season during the 5-day period for which it is issued but does not authorize
21the hunting of deer, elk, bear, wild turkey, feral pigs, or fur-bearing animals.
AB334-AA1, s. 9m 22Section 9m. 29.231 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB334-AA1,4,223 29.231 (2) A resident sports license confers upon the licensee all of the
24combined privileges conferred by a resident small game hunting license, resident

1fishing license, resident feral pig hunting license, and resident deer hunting license
2subject to all of the duties, conditions, limitations and restrictions of those licenses.
AB334-AA1, s. 10m 3Section 10m. 29.231 (3) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB334-AA1,4,84 29.231 (3) A nonresident sports license confers upon the licensee all of the
5combined privileges conferred by a nonresident small game hunting license,
6nonresident fishing license, nonresident feral pig hunting license, and nonresident
7deer hunting license subject to all of the duties, conditions, limitations and
8restrictions of those licenses.
AB334-AA1, s. 11m 9Section 11m. 29.235 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB334-AA1,4,1710 29.235 (2) Authorization; resident hunting, fishing, and trapping privileges.
11A resident conservation patron license confers upon the licensee all the combined
12privileges conferred by a resident small game hunting license, a resident feral pig
13hunting license,
a resident deer hunting license, a resident wild turkey hunting
14license, a resident archer hunting license, a waterfowl hunting stamp, a pheasant
15hunting stamp, a wild turkey hunting stamp, a resident annual fishing license, an
16inland waters trout stamp, a Great Lakes trout and salmon stamp, a sturgeon hook
17and line tag, and a trapping license.
AB334-AA1, s. 12m 18Section 12m. 29.235 (2m) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB334-AA1,5,219 29.235 (2m) Authorization; nonresident hunting, fishing, and trapping
20privileges.
A nonresident conservation patron license confers upon the licensee all
21the combined privileges conferred by a nonresident small game hunting license, a
22nonresident feral pig hunting license,
a nonresident deer hunting license, a
23nonresident wild turkey hunting license, a nonresident archer hunting license, a
24waterfowl hunting stamp, a pheasant hunting stamp, a wild turkey hunting stamp,

2trout and salmon stamp, and a sturgeon hook and line tag, and a trapping license.
