2amendment 1, as follows:

SB44-AA30,1,3 31. Page 803, line 1: delete "(3) and (4)" and substitute "(3), (4), and (8)".

SB44-AA30,1,4 42. Page 804, line 17: after that line insert:

SB44-AA30,1,5 5" Section 2043ym. 121.91 (8) of the statutes is created to read:

SB44-AA30,1,106 121.91 (8) Notwithstanding subs. (2m) (f) and (3) (c), if a referendum to exceed
7the limit under this section for the 2003-04 school year was approved before the
8effective date of this subsection .... [revisor inserts date], the limit otherwise
9applicable to the school district for the 2003-04 school year is increased by the sum
10of the following:

SB44-AA30,2,211 (a) The difference between the limit that was applicable to the school district
12for the 2003-04 school year before the effective date of this subsection .... [revisor

1inserts date], and the limit that became applicable to the school district for the
22003-04 school year on the effective date of this subsection .... [revisor inserts date].
