AB601-AA1,1,4 32. Page 2, line 11: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with

AB601-AA1, s. 2m 5Section 2m. 20.510 (1) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB601-AA1,1,86 20.510 (1) (d) Election administration transfer. The amounts in the schedule
7to meet federal requirements for the conduct of federal elections under P.L. 107-252,
8to be transferred to the appropriation account under par. (t).

AB601-AA1, s. 3m 9Section 3m. 20.510 (1) (t) of the statutes is created to read:

AB601-AA1,2,210 20.510 (1) (t) Election administration. From the election administration fund,
11the amounts in the schedule to meet federal requirements for the conduct of federal

1elections under P.L. 107-252. All moneys transferred from the appropriation
2account under par. (d) shall be credited to this appropriation account.".

AB601-AA1,2,9 5(1) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation
6to the joint committee on finance under section 20.865 (4) (a) of the statutes, as
7affected by the acts of 2003, the dollar amount is increased by $477,000 for fiscal year
82003-04 for the purpose of meeting federal requirements for the conduct of federal
9elections under P.L. 107-252.".
