AB472-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB472-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 5: delete "1.75 2.2" and substitute "1.75".

AB472-AA1,2,2 32. Page 1, line 7: after "budget." insert "A pupil attending a private school
4under this section whose family income increases may continue to attend a private
5school under this section if the pupil is a member of a family that has a total family
6income that does not exceed an amount equal to 2.2 times the poverty level
7determined in accordance with criteria established by the director of the federal
8office of management and budget. For purposes of admission to a private school
9under this section, siblings of pupils attending a private school under this section are
10subject to the higher income limit. If a pupil attending a private school under this
11section ceases to attend a private school under this section, the lower income limit

1applies unless the pupil is a sibling of a pupil attending a private school under this
2section.".
