AB267-AA4,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB267-AA4,1,3 21. Page 9, line 8: delete "A small" and substitute "(a) Except as provided in par.
3(b), a small".
AB267-AA4,1,4 42. Page 9, line 12: delete "(a)" and substitute "1.".
AB267-AA4,1,5 53. Page 9, line 14: delete "(b)" and substitute "2.".
AB267-AA4,1,6 64. Page 9, line 18: delete "(c)" and substitute "3.".
AB267-AA4,1,7 75. Page 9, line 19: after that line insert:
AB267-AA4,1,12 8"(b) If the small business that voluntarily discloses information about an actual
9or potential violation of an administrative rule is regulated under ch. 50, that small
10business is subject to the imposition of not more than 50 percent of any civil or
11criminal penalty that could be imposed for the violation if all of the conditions in par.
12(a) 1. to 3. apply.".
