AB1-ASA1-AA9,2,24 895.46 (9) This section does not authorize a state employee or official to make
5a payment for the attorney fees incurred after December 31, 2000, on behalf of any
6member of the legislature if those attorney fees are incurred in response to an
7investigation, subpoena, charge, indictment, trial, or conviction related to
8allegations of the improper use of state resources and related violations of state law
9by members of the legislative party caucuses. If any payment has been made in
