AB1-ASA1-AA39,1,3 3" Section 233b. 77.52 (2) (a) 21. of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA39,1,64 77.52 (2) (a) 21. Services performed by a bank, savings bank, savings and loan
5association, or credit union related to accounts held by such institutions and for
6which fees are assessed by such institutions.".

AB1-ASA1-AA39,1,7 72. Page 448, line 3: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA39,1,10 8"(2v) Sales tax on fees assessed on bank accounts. The treatment of section
977.52 (2) (a) 21. of the statutes takes effect on the first day of the 2nd month beginning
