SB378-AA4,1,4 31. Page 13, line 21: after "49.497" insert ", unless the use or disclosure is made
4under sub. (6v)".

SB378-AA4,1,5 52. Page 14, line 15: after that line insert:

SB378-AA4,1,11 6"(6v) Public access to records. Notwithstanding s. 48.78 (2) (a), each county
7or Indian tribe that is selected to participate in the program under this section shall
8make available for inspection and copying under s. 19.35 (1) any record produced or
9collected in connection with the administration by that county or Indian tribe of the
10program under this section, after deleting from the record any information that could
11identify a person receiving services under the program.".
