AB768-SA42,1,8 4"(2tw) Sidewalks along STH 54 in Wood County. The department of
5transportation shall install sidewalks beside that portion of STH 54 between 32nd
6Street and 60th Street in Wood County as part of the major highway project under
7section 84.013 (3) (yf) of the statutes. The department of transportation may not
8charge any local unit of government any fee associated with the sidewalks.".
