AB768-ASA1-AA41,1,4 21. Page 12, line 13: after "disabilities;" insert "prisoner performance of data
3entry and telemarketing services, contract authority of the department of
4corrections;".

AB768-ASA1-AA41,1,5 52. Page 377, line 11: after that line insert:

AB768-ASA1-AA41,1,6 6" Section 505m. 303.064 of the statutes is created to read:

AB768-ASA1-AA41,1,10 7303.064 Prisoner performance of data entry or telemarketing services.
8The department may not enter into any contract or other agreement if, in the
9performance of the contract or agreement, a prisoner would perform data entry or
10telemarketing services.".

AB768-ASA1-AA41,1,11 113. Page 560, line 16: after that line insert:

1"(2f) Prisoner performance of data entry and telemarketing services. The
2treatment of section 303.064 of the statutes first applies to contracts entered into or
3renewed by the department of corrections on the effective date of this subsection.".
