AB274-ASA1,1,2 1An Act to create 59.70 (2m), 60.23 (32) and 60.77 (5) (L) of the statutes; relating
2to: publicizing the names of persons who illegally dump trash.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB274-ASA1, s. 1 3Section 1. 59.70 (2m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB274-ASA1,1,74 59.70 (2m) Illegal dumping. The board may enact and enforce an ordinance,
5and provide a forfeiture for a violation of the ordinance, that regulates solid waste
6disposal. The board may publicize in any manner the name of any person who
7violates an ordinance that is enacted under this subsection.

AB274-ASA1, s. 2 8Section 2. 60.23 (32) of the statutes is created to read:

AB274-ASA1,1,129 60.23 (32) Illegal dumping. Enact and enforce an ordinance, and provide a
10forfeiture for a violation of the ordinance, that regulates solid waste disposal. The
11town board may publicize in any manner the name of any person who violates an
12ordinance that is enacted under this subsection.

1Section 3. 60.77 (5) (L) of the statutes is created to read:

AB274-ASA1,2,42 60.77 (5) (L) Regulate the disposal of solid waste. The commission may
3publicize in any manner the name of any person who violates an ordinance enacted
4under sub. (5m) that relates to a regulation adopted under this paragraph.
