SB6-SA2,1,2 21. Page 3, line 16: after that line insert:

SB6-SA2,1,3 3" Section 2m. 632.32 (7) of the statutes is created to read:

SB6-SA2,1,74 632.32 (7) Rebate of savings. All moneys that insurance companies save as the
5result of the enactment of 1995 Wisconsin Act .... (this act) shall be rebated to
6consumers, and all insurance premiums paid by consumers shall be reduced
7proportionately. The commissioner shall enforce this subsection.".
