SB565-SSA1-SA4,1,3 21. Page 5, line 6: on lines 6 and 7, delete "the joint committee on finance
3determines that".

SB565-SSA1-SA4,1,7 42. Page 5, line 10: on lines 10 and 11, delete "the committee determines that
5no such legislation is necessary" and substitute: "such legislation is not necessary
6to adequately provide for the protection of the bondholders and those entering into
7contracts with the authority or to modify the powers and duties of the authority".

SB565-SSA1-SA4,1,9 83. Page 5, line 17: on lines 17 and 18, delete ", including adequate provision"
9and substitute: "to adequately provide".

SB565-SSA1-SA4,1,11 104. Page 5, line 19: after "authority" insert: "or to modify the powers and duties
11of the authority".
