71996-97 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the department by 0.5 SEG
8project position for the period beginning on July 1, 1996, and ending on June 30,
91998, and 1.0 SEG project position for the period beginning on January 1, 1997, and
10ending on December 31, 1998, for the purpose of implementing changes in the
