SB402-SSA1-SA1,1,3 3" Section 3m. 15.07 (2) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB402-SSA1-SA1,1,84 15.07 (2) (a) The chairperson and vice chairperson of the investment board
5shall be designated elected biennially by the governor from among the members who
6have had at least 10 years of financial experience or 10 years of experience in making
7investments, except that the secretary of administration, or the secretary's designee,
8may not serve as the chairperson or vice chairperson of the investment board.".
