SB113-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB113-SA1,1,3 21. Page 3, line 20: delete "to" and substitute "under par. (b) and"; and after
3"school" insert "for not less than one year".

SB113-SA1,1,5 42. Page 5, line 10: delete ", a firearm or an explosive." and substitute "or a
5firearm, as defined in 18 USC 921 (a) (3).".

SB113-SA1,1,6 63. Page 6, line 20: delete lines 20 to 23 and substitute:

SB113-SA1,1,11 7"120.13 (1) (c) 2. The school board shall commence proceedings under subd. 3.
8and expel a pupil from school for not less than one year whenever it finds that the
9pupil, while at school or while under the supervision of a school authority, possessed
10a firearm, as defined in 18 USC 921 (a) (3). Annually, the school board shall report
11to the department the information specified under 20 USC 8921 (d) (1) and (2).".

13"school" insert "for not less than one year".

SB113-SA1,1,14 145. Page 8, line 13: after that line insert:

SB113-SA1,1,15 15" Section 9. 120.13 (1) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

1120.13 (1) (f) The school board may modify the requirement under pars. (c) 2.
2and (e) 2. b. on a case-by-case basis.".
