AR2-AA8,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

AR2-AA8,1,2 21. Page 1, line 4: after "(1) (g)," insert "9 (2) (a),".

AR2-AA8,1,3 32. Page 8, line 5: after that line insert:

AR2-AA8,1,4 4" Section 6m. Assembly rule 9 (2) (a) is amended to read:

AR2-AA8,1,105 Assembly Rule 9 (2) (a) The total number of members on each committee
6(unless specified by statute, joint rule or assembly rule) and the allocation of such
7number between members of the majority and minority party shall be determined
8by the speaker, except that if the chairperson of a committee is a member of the
9minority party the committee membership allocation shall consist of at least 50%
10minority party members.".
