AB914-AA3,1,2 21. Page 2, line 3: delete "only donate real" and substitute "donate".

AB914-AA3,1,3 32. Page 2, line 4: before "when" insert "only".

AB914-AA3,1,8 43. Page 2, line 6: after "(2)" insert: "and is transferred with a restriction that
5the donee may not subsequently transfer the real property to any person except to
6this state, which shall not be charged for any improvements thereon. Such
7restriction shall be recorded in the office of the register of deeds in the county in
8which the property is located".

AB914-AA3,1,10 10" Section 2. 700.16 (4) (bm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB914-AA3,1,1211 700.16 (4) (bm) Transfers to a veteran's memorial organization under s. 84.09
