AB21-SA4,1,6 3"(e) 1. The department shall request a modification to the waiver described
4under par. (a) to allow the application of subd. 2. to persons covered by the waiver.
5If the modification is approved and in effect, subd. 2. applies to all persons covered
6by the waiver under par. (a).

AB21-SA4,1,117 2. In determining the payment amount under sub. (11) (a), the department
8shall disregard earned income, in addition to other income disregarded under this
9section, in an amount determined under this subdivision. The amount of income to
10be disregarded for a recipient in any month under this subdivision shall be
11determined as follows:

AB21-SA4,1,1312 a. The department shall calculate the payment amount for the recipient's
13family under sub. (11) (a), based on the size of the recipient's family.

AB21-SA4,1,1614 b. The department shall calculate a payment amount for the family under sub.
15(11) (a), based on the size of the recipient's family less any children that may not be
16considered under par. (b) in determining the payment amount under sub. (11) (a).
