AB21-SA17,1,9 3"(b) The department may terminate aid under s. 49.19 for an applicant who is
4subject to the requirements under par. (c) or (d) and who is not exempt under par. (e),
5if the applicant does not provide verification, in a form to be specified by the
6department by rule, that he or she has complied with these requirements before the
730th day after he or she applied for aid under s. 49.19. The department may
8terminate aid under s. 49.19 for the applicant until he or she complies with these
9requirements.".
