AB150-SA38,1,3 3" Section 464b. 19.82 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

AB150-SA38,1,54 19.82 (4) "Partisan caucus" means a gathering of members of a governmental
5body who are members of the same political party.".

AB150-SA38,1,7 7" Section 464g. 19.87 (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB150-SA38,1,10 819.87 Legislative meetings. (intro.) This subchapter shall apply to all
9meetings of the senate and assembly and the partisan caucuses, committees,
10subcommittees and other subunits thereof, except that:

AB150-SA38, s. 464h 11Section 464h. 19.87 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB150-SA38,1,1512 19.87 (2) No provision of this subchapter which conflicts with a rule of the
13senate or assembly or joint rule of the legislature shall apply to a meeting conducted
14in compliance with such rule. No such rule may exempt a partisan caucus from any
15provision of this subchapter.
