3$685,700 to reflect the restoration of the leaking underground storage tank program
4to the department of natural resources and to reduce the authorized FTE positions
5for the department of development by 12.0 SEG positions for the program.

7$679,600 to reflect the restoration of the leaking underground storage tank program
