AB1076-ASA2-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1076-ASA2-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:

AB1076-ASA2-AA1,1,3 3" Section 2m. 48.983 (5) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB1076-ASA2-AA1,1,94 48.983 (5) A county, town, village or city may adopt enact an ordinance
5regulating the conduct regulated by this section only if it strictly conforms to
6purchase or possession of cigarettes or tobacco products by a child, if the ordinance
7is at least as strict as this section. A county ordinance adopted enacted under this
8section does not apply within any town, village or city that has adopted or adopts
9enacted or enacts an ordinance under this subsection.".
